Users remain solely responsible for business decisions, financial reporting, tax obligations and compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGMOne shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Accounting inaccuracies
• Operational downtime
• User-entered data errors

Users accept responsibility for reviewing and validating all information entered into the platform.

IGMOne reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts involved in:

• Fraudulent activity
• Illegal conduct
• Security threats
• Platform abuse
• Unauthorised automation
• Attempts to disrupt services

All IGMOne branding, software systems, interfaces, analytics systems, design elements, features and platform infrastructure remain the intellectual property of IGMOne unless otherwise stated.

IGMOne may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
